Dear Roberto,
The Swaziland Table Tennis Association (STTA) is extremely grateful to your organization, CASTT - Coordination of Associations Sports Tennis - Cooperation And Services in Table Tennis for the initiative to donate equipment.  The Table Tennis fratenity in Swaziland shall forever remain indebted to your organisation for this support.  We are also thankful to the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) for nominating us as the first recipient of your donation.  Please extend our sincere thank you to all parties concerned.
May I apologise for the delay in contacting you; the reason being that I wanted to address the customs clearance issue with the Swaziland Government through the Swaziland National Sports Council (SNSC) to whom we are affiliated.  We have been advised by the SNSC that since the recent formation of the Swaziland Revenue Authority (SRA), all the sporting codes needing exemption from paying tax need to itemise and cost the equipment/material that is being sent to them.  In this regard, please send me as an attachment the list of items being sent and the total cost on letterheaded paper of your organisation so that the SNSC can use it to apply to the SRA for customs clearance.
Once again thank you for your gesture and we look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Dr. Gabriel C. Bwembya
President, STTA
